It’s all come down to this. After 15 years and a first attempt to stop the Reverse Flash, Barry’s pulling out all the stocks. He’s calling the cavalry in the forms of the Arrow and Firestorm.

After dealing with Grodd in last week’s episode of The Flash, it’s become clear that Thawne will do whatever it takes to slow down Barry and his allies. And with Eddie still in captivity, it’s time to finally pull out all the tricks in the book.

But last week’s episode proved to Team Flash more than that they can handle anything. It also proved that they are able to work even greater as a unit without Dr. Wells/Thawne’s help. With the brilliant minds of Cisco and Caitlin, The Flash was able to beat Grodd with a device that prevented Grodd from using his mind-control powers to get into Barry’s mind along with the motivation from Iris.

On the topic of Iris, it seems as if she will be joining Team Flash. She confronted Barry at the beginning of the episode and began explaining how she was very disappointed in him for never telling her about his super speed abilities. Heart-breaking, indeed. We all have realized that Barry didn’t tell her in hopes to keep her protected. As we know, anyone associated with a superhero has the chance of being hurt just because of their direct affiliation with that hero. Barry recognized that and is now, unfortunately, hearing it from Iris.

Now, we last saw Ronnie and Professor Stein when they had separated and re-fused together again to take on General Eiling and his men. After that episode, we hadn’t seen or heard from him since. Why has he returned to Central City? Did Barry call him? Did Caitlin find a way to reach out to him? It’s all left as a mystery for us to find out together.

Back in Starling City, Oliver’s been dealing with his own problems as of late with the League of Assassins and having to come to terms with who he really is. With him making a return to Central City to help Barry take down the Reverse Flash, it leaves the question of if this is the Oliver we all know and love or the ruthless League of Assassins member, Al Sah-Him? Either way, it’s just good to know that he’s on Barry’s side in this final bout with Thawne.

On a final note for tomorrow night’s explosive episode, it seems that one of The Flash’s rogues will be put to use in this episode. Barry really will be needing all the help he can get, even from some of his enemies. Let’s just hope that he doesn’t give Team Flash the “cold” shoulder, if you know what we’re saying.

With the combined skills of the Arrow, the pure heat from Firestorm and the super speed by Barry, can our team of heroes finally stop and end the terror of the Reverse Flash?

Find out on an all-new episode of The Flash tomorrow night at 8 p.m. on SFL-TV, the CW!
