YULEE, FL - When it comes to voyeurism, one Florida woman decided, enough was enough.

For Candice Spivey, running into Jeffrey Polizzi for the second time in two years confirmed it.

"At first he is very believable,” she says.

During the first encounter, at a Publix supermarket in Nassau County, Florida, Polizzi seemed to genuinely need help buying a dress, allegedly for his wife. Then things got awkward.

He asked Spivey about undergarments and asked indecent questions about her body. So, when Polizzi approached her the second time, at a Target in Yulee, Spivey knew who he was and she knew his slimy M-O.  She began recording him with her cell phone camera.

"Do you remember running into me at the grocery store? Hey you - where you going? Come back!"

Spivey says, "He realized he had messed up and that's when he turned around and took off running.”

The chase was on and the video of it has been viewed more than 1.5 million times on Facebook and shared by more than 24-thousand people.

"He said get away from me, or stop leave me alone or something.”

Authorities usually discourage people from taking matters into their own hands by chasing after creeps.

“I wanted the public to be aware of him."

At least 50 women have reached out to investigators with similar stories about this guy. According to court documents, Polizzi has a previous conviction for taking pics of women in dressing rooms.  Now that he's on their radar for what may be his voyeuristic hobby, he may never go back to Target.  But, he may have a target on his back!
