DENVER, CO - The Bachelor, running for office?

According to The Colorado Independent, last season's Bachelor Ben Higgins, might be running for a seat in the Colorado House of Representatives.

The 26-year-old created a website, "BenHigginsForColorado.com" to show Coloradoan's he's serious about becoming a politician.

Right now, the District Four representative spot is held by Dan Pabon, whose luck isn't looking so good after a St. Patty's Day DUI.
Higgins' has no experience in politics, but The Colorado Independent reports Higgins thinks he has a good shot. This because he's always been involved with the community and has experience in the finance world.

Pssh, if Higgins handled the drama of dating 28 women, political issues will seem like a walk in the park!

These days, using celebrity status to gain political recognition seems to work.

Well, the Bachelor sure stole the hearts of millions of women in America. The question is: can he win over the state of Colorado?

So, will they accept his rose, or in this case, vote?
