NEW YORK, NY - At last there's a restaurant you can take grandma to for some cheap thrills!

No, not Cracker Barrel, but...close!

It's a golden place to celebrate "The Golden Girls."

Coming this fall to the Big Apple, the Golden Girls will leap from the small screen into a diner fit for a golden diva.

The place plans on plenty of show nostalgia...even some personal belongings of the late actress Rue McClanahan, better known as "Blanche."

Of course, the Golden Girls are all practically gone now...

Only Betty White is still with us at age 94, and that 'Golden Girl' plans to be on-hand for the big grand opening!

There's one thing you can probably count on-- the eatery will either have non-stop insults playing from your favorite Golden Girl characters....or you'll hear a certain song over and over again: "...Thank you for being a friend."
