During Kylie Jenner’s 19th birthday bash, Khole Kardashian was spotted rocking some pretty ‘edgy’ purple cornrows with a duck tail in the back.

Khole is known for her cute little blonde bobs and her effortless beach waves, but this time she rocked a slick back hairstyle known as ‘cornrows’ that are braided down to the scalp with purple extensions.

Her style was considered “cool and giving an edgy vibe” to many, and some have even tried starting hair tutorials calling it, “The Khole Kardashian braids.”

Well, unfortunately for Khole, some African-American women around the world have decided to weigh in on home girl regarding her new hairdo claiming it as “swagga jackin!”

Yes girl, you got put on blast for those “crooked” braids!

“I feel like Khole and the Kardashians are confused, there’s absolutely no way they could have started a trend that’s been around for ages,” a stylist said at Crev Naturals Salon.

Although she was called out with the rest of the Kardashian family, trust they ain’t trppin’ off y’all boo!

Black women believe that it’s not Khole’s fault, but simply the media’s fault since she never said that she was the creator.

“I don’t think there’s anything wrong with other cultures wearing them but I do think it’s an issue when they’re trying to take credit for something that we’ve been wearing for so long,” a client said.
